Currently, Rosario Tax & Financial Services is available for anyone in the United States, exempt for the following States: Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New York and Oregon. Even though Tax Professionals already obtain a PTIN with the Federal, these States require a Tax Professional to meet State regulations. Rosario Tax & Financial Services is registered with California.
